Thank you to all those who came out to Frog Legs Culinary Academy at University Village to say hi! I had a blast meeting all of you.
I made the One-Pot Pasta with Tomatoes, Greens, and Garlic, and gave out samples – everyone seemed to love it! I also gave out tons of samples of the Clementine and Mango Yogurt Smoothie, and loved that some kids came back for more. ❤️
If you haven’t yet, check out Frog Legs – they have cooking classes for kids, teens, and adults in both the University Village and Kirkland locations, and at U Village, they have a store that is full of super cute items, plus fresh-baked goodies and cookie dough served up like ice cream! They are all delicious, we got to taste a bunch!

You can find the recipe for the One-Pot Pasta with Tomatoes, Greens, and Garlic in the cookbook, and here is the recipe for the Clementine and Mango Yogurt Smoothie.
Clementine and Mango Yogurt Smoothie
- 4 clementines peeled
- 1/2 cup/83 g frozen mango
- 1/4 cup/60 g vanilla or plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or to taste
- 4 to 5 large ice cubes optional
Blend together all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. You can add ice for a super cold, thicker smoothie.
Serve in a glass with a straw, or if you made it really thick, you can enjoy it with a spoon.
We’ll let you know when we schedule more events!
