Peach mix ingredients:

  • 4 peaches washed pitted and chopped
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Blueberry mix ingredients:

  • ½ a big box blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1.5 tsp honey

  1. In a medium pot, add all the peach mixture ingredients. In a smaller pot, add all the blueberry mixture ingredients. Bring both pots to a boil.
  2. Let both pots simmer until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Separately blend each mixture until smooth.
  4. Pour each mixture into two separate mesh strainers or sieves over two separate containers. Press the mixture through to remove any clumps and skin.
  5. Set up your dehydrator by adding in the plastic sheet layer. If you don't have a dehydrator, you can use an oven. If you are using an oven, line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  6. Starting with the peach mixture, add it to your dehydrator or your baking tray and smooth it out evenly.
  7. Drizzle your blueberry mixture on top of the peach mixture. This can be be rustic and messy.
  8. Take a chopstick and make little designs swirling the two flavors and colors together until you get the marbled look you want.
  9. On the medium high setting, dehydrate for 4-8 hours, or cook in the oven at 140 degrees for 4-8 hours.
  10. Cut into strips or triangles, roll up, and tie with a string. Enjoy!
