Raita (Indian Yogurt Condiment)

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup full fat Greek yogurt
  2. 1/2 cup English cucumber, grated
  3. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  4. 2 teaspoons chopped green onions
  5. 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  6. 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Wrap and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
