Raita (Indian Yogurt Condiment)
- 1/2 cup full fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup English cucumber, grated
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Wrap and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
