Grilled Pineapple Sticks with Drizzled Chocolate
Griling pineapple really brings out the sweetness!
  1. Whole fresh pineapple
  2. High quality chocolate
  1. Soak wooden skewers in a shallow pan filled with water for about 30 minutes.
  2. Cut up a pineapple into spears by chopping off the top, and bottom, then running a knife down the sides. Cut lengthwise into quarters, cut out the core, then slice each quarter into 3 spears.
  3. Skewer each pineapple spear lengthwise, and grill until you have nice grill marks on the pineapple.
  4. Melt some high-quality chocolate in the microwave, drizzle a little bit on the grilled pineapple, and enjoy!
