Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

These apple cinnamon overnight oats are crazy convenient. Say goodbye to waking up early to make breakfast, because with these babies you do all the prep work the night before. When you wake up your breakfast is already pre made for you and ready to grab and go! These oats are creamy and sweet and topped off with fresh crispy apple and nutty crunchy almonds. It’s heaven a jar and you are going to love them!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup over night oats
  • 1/2 almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons diced apples for topping
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar add in your oats, milk, cinnamon, honey and chia seeds and mix until combined.
  2. Secure the lid and place in the fridge for a few hours or over night or until the oats have absorbed all the milk.
  3. When you're ready to eat, remove from fridge and mix in extra milk if necessary to desired consistency.
  4. Top with diced apples and almonds and mix.  Enjoy!
